As Corporate Comms Manager, I've had the opportunity to support the Corporate Marketing team in various projects, including project managing the design of Gen's 2024 Social Impact Report and various white papers. I served as lead librarian for the digital asset management system and managed the company swag store. I've shifted gears to interim internal communications lead, managing monthly All-Hands Meetings, the intranet, campaign and product launches, change communications and more.

– Support content creation and dissemination of corporate priorities, leadership communications, organization updates and product and company news for Logitech audiences through various channels: intranet, weekly all-hands across the Americas, weekly global newsletter and quarterly global all-hands.– Measure the effectiveness of our communications through engagement surveys, email traffic data, intranet analytics and event participation and attendance. – Drive employee social advocacy program to amplify our brand stories, increase social selling and position people at Logitech as thought leaders.

In supporting the employee communications team, I synthesize information for the company's weekly newsletters, promote company wide information, and compile and format a global weekly PR, social media and influencer coverage report. I supported the launch of a new social media tool for employees to drive employee advocacy, involving the roll out plan, promotional strategy and materials. Beyond employee communications, I facilitate product seeding and press event preparation for product communications managers across various business groups.

After four months of Teller experience, I was quickly promoted to Personal Banker. As a banker, I opened and managed consumer and business accounts as well as offered credit solutions. I became a Notary Public, which allowed me to efficiently open and manage trust accounts. Beyond operational tasks, I provided unmatched customer service to everyone that walked in the door. With many different subsidiaries within the company, often customer issues such as fraud, required careful collaboration across business groups. It was my duty to contact the proper department and problem solve while providing the customer peace of mind.

With a firm foundation of operational and regulatory adherence, customer service becomes the central focus of this position. Not only delivering exceptional service, by fostering relationships and uncovering personal needs, I implemented customer segmentation strategy to introduce them to the right person to help them and generate solutions.

The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team provides services primarily for schizophrenic, schizoaffective and bipolar clients that do not thrive with traditional outpatient services. The ACT Team provides skills training and therapy in the community, where the client lives and works. This internship exposed me to various responsibilities within the team including assisting transportation, skills training, group therapy facilitation, home visits, meticulous reporting and stringent confidentiality.

I worked as an in-shop employee and catering manager. In-shop responsibilities included taking orders and preparing food with extreme speed, efficiency, and positive attitude. As a catering manager, I traveled offsite to engage with potential customers and generate catering sales. Often by providing samples and bolstering brand awareness, efforts as a catering manager correlated directly to catering orders and day to day sales.
