My job is people. I garner relationships with our clients and providers showing my passion for ensuring commitment being built on trust and hard work. I put all I am into my people, because in return they give me their all. I made the jump into scheduling from the service industry thinking I would leave it all behind. But it’s the lessons learned about hard work and what it truly means to work as a unit that I realize was my strongest asset. Building a team and watching that team succeed engrained lessons that will be my driving force in all positions now and in my future. The skills I mastered taught me to multitask while confidently making decisions and lead my team are tools that one never leaves behind. It has taught me to grow, to respect the grit of the grind and operate in the most efficient of ways. I am passionate about people, because people drives our business.
