Throughout this work experience, I have learned key roles in how to be an entrepreneur. I mostly focus on social media marketing but I deal with clients one on one. I help clients with their upcoming vacations and get them familiar with the cruise line apps. Since traveling has turned into more of an online thing I help clients check-in for their cruises and be able to purchase extra things for their trips. The only project I do is create cruise line spreadsheets for clients to see when cruise lines have good deals, I help the clients be aware of the deals and assist them with purchasing them.

During this internship I got to learn different fields throughout Guardian, I started with communications/training and worked my way into marketing. A couple of projects I did within my internship was a Dental Competitive Chart Analysis where I helped the dental group department look at their competitors and compare them to Guardian. I also created a flyer for a new program being released within Guardian. One of the big projects I did within my internship was an innovation project, we got teamed up with other interns and had to come up with a new idea to help Guardian internally. My group and I came up with a coffee mentoring idea and put it all together for an interactive presentation and presented it to a panel of Guardian employees. Out of all of the 72 interns that were grouped up, my group ended up winning the innovation project.
