About Ashlyn Zebrowski
I am highly passionate about the use of immersive technologies in patient care. My research is focused on immersive technologies as adjunct therapies for patients with cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. I also focus on truly understanding patient needs, health behaviors, and designing implementation science-based programs to improve the patient, caregiver, and care team experience. I am a recognized leader in digital health and technology research, design, and commercialization across a multitude of therapeutic areas. My therapeutic area expertise includes orthopedics and general surgery, wound care and chronic care management, and oncology. I am also a highly experienced strategic relationship manager, with over twelve years experience in partnership development, medical device and technology commercialization, and fostering innovation. I have demonstrated success directing and developing strategic programs, business and revenue model innovation, and team leadership.My diverse experience also includes running a regional Orthopedic Trauma research and education foundation. We annually hold a continuing medical education conference, research and innovation session, and foster regional, multi-site research programs in the Southeastern region of the US.
