Recipient of the Barry Goldwater Scholarship 2021. Oral Presenter at the National Conference for Undergraduate Research 2021 (first author abstract).

Mentored 96 students in an introductory Python course as one of the 3 undergraduate TAs. Held office hours to assist students with lab assignments and projects, developed strategies to increase student engagement during lab sessions, designed questions for course assessments.

Tutored 61 students across 3 sections of an undergraduate Physics course.

Mentored 25 students in their development as a community leader. Led weekly discussions, supervised program activities, connected students to campus organizations of interest.

Analyzed antibiotic resistance trends for W.H.O’s 10 priority pathogens using publicly available biostatistics databases. Co-authored a book chapter outlining drug re-purposing as a strategy to combat antibiotic resistance resulting from bacterial evolution.
