• Develop concept notes and programme proposal as per assigned by supervisor.• Contribute in formulating and revision of DEPROSC Nepal’s various strategies.• Assist in exploring the potentiality of having partnership with relevant donors and partners in relation to my section.• Coordinate with donor and partner agencies in relation to programmes.• Work as Project Coordinator/ Focal Point for the projects assigned.• Develop project implementation guidelines, procedures and tracking/monitoring tools of the project.• Guide, supervise and monitor projects and programmes implementation at all level as per plan of action.• Assist in human resource management/deployment for project development and programme implementation.• Prepare inception reports, periodic progress reports and project completion reports and submit it to the donors as requirement.• Draft reports, case studies, presentation and publication for wider dissemination.• Assess the training needs of staff and beneficiaries and develop strategically useful training curriculum.• Assist in coordinating with government line agencies, stakeholders and development partner as required.• Help various personnel of admin and finance department in relation to project development and implementation of project and programmes.• Dissect the newspaper and reference materials and prepare a list of them to be subscribed.• Work as IT focal person and update DEPROSC website as and when required.• Involve in research and training programmes that DEPROSC Nepal undertakes.• Forward the information back up files to MIS focal person every month.• Initiate any innovative acton relevant and appropriate for the growth and development of DEPROSC Nepal. • Participate and attain the meetings, seminars and workshop at various levels as find relevant and/or assigned by the supervisor,• Perform any other task as assigned by the supervisor
