I am passionate about travel and tourism, and I enjoy learning about different cultures and destinations.As a Senior Travel Consultant at Dyninno Group, I help customers plan and book their travel arrangements, using my expertise in Apollo GDS and other GDS systems. I also negotiate with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to ensure the best deals and quality service for our clients. I joined Dyninno Group in November 2022 as a Travel Consultant, and was promoted to Senior Travel Consultant in June 2023, thanks to my excellent performance and customer satisfaction ratings. Previously, I worked as a Process Associate at IGT Solutions, where I gained valuable experience in handling travel-related queries and issues.
