During my internship with Advocate Anirban Das at the Gauhati High Court, I had the opportunity to read case files related to Constitutional Law, Family Law, and Consumer Protection Act. I also assisted in various matters before the High Court, drafted affidavits, and gained real-time experience in client counseling.At the Supreme Court in Delhi with Advocate Wajahat Ansari, I actively participated in legal group discussions, attended lectures, webinars, and arguments. I studied case files, case laws, and judgments while conducting research and document translation.At Maestro Legal Advocates and Legal Consultants, Greater Noida, I had a diverse experience. I drafted a Memorandum of Association for a company, prepared service manuals, and conducted a Knowledge Management session on business organizations. I also authored a legal blog, created checklists, and researched various legal aspects.During my time with Advocate Smritishree Chakravarty at Gauhati High Court, I attended court proceedings, observed cases before the High Court, and the Subordinate Judiciary. I focused on Matrimonial Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Law cases, including assisting with legal drafting.Lastly, with Advocate Echo Sharma at the Gauhati High Court, I continued to attend court proceedings and assisted in legal drafting and research work, studying various case files and judgments.
