Co-lead two major projects to successful completion, overseeing throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release; Resulting in significant business value and operational improvements.2. Conduct scrum ceremonies (Daily stand ups, sprint plannings, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives to foster collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.6. Revamp and standardize processes related to agile practices leading to streamlined project workflows.
