1. Co-lead two major projects to successful completion, overseeing throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release; Resulting in significant business value and operational improvements.2. Prepare Project Requirement Documents, working closely with stakeholders and users to define clear and actionable project objectives.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to conceptualize, prototype, and validate solutions that meet business requirements.4. Create and maintain a backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business needs, resources and dependencies.5. Conduct scrum ceremonies (Daily stand ups, sprint plannings, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives to foster collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.6. Revamp and standardize processes related to agile practices leading to streamlined project workflows.
