• Ensure technical documents of the project are recorded, maintained & that all elements of the project are constructed following the contractual document.
• Prepare and submit drawings/ documents for local authority approvals to obtain Building Permit. Attend meetings and liaise with the local authorities for approvals when required.
• Review of Drawings and Documents prepared by Draftsperson and Jnr. Architects.
• Regular communications with the client/ end user to ensure that the project objectives are met as per their requirements.
• Identify potential operational issues in the early design stage and redesigning layouts to improve functionality.

• Preparation & coordination of Architectural design deliverables and reports

• Compliance to FIFA requirements, for Supreme Committee projects
