Spearheaded the development of user acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases, my role involved overseeing functional and user acceptance testing processes. I provided crucial support for user sign-off on changes, ensuring smooth transitions. I managed data loading, extraction, and scheduling for weekly and monthly ETL jobs, as well as handled maintenance, deployments, and data validation. I monitored system implementation to ensure user satisfaction, operational readiness, and provide ongoing support, including project analytics and reporting. My responsibilities ranged from evaluating solutions, policies, practices, and processes for continuous improvement, maintaining strong client relations, and ensuring compliance with business and system requirements.
