- Analyze corporate ICT strategies and plans and adapt them for Sub Regional Offices.- Maintain, upgrade and enhance existing IT systems including troubleshooting and providing continuing user support- Design and participate in planning, preparation and monitoring of sub regional office ICT budgets and plans and ensure incorporation of ICT input into project proposals. Monitor ICT investments and recurrent costs, propose and implement methods to increase cost-efficiency- Monitor Inter-/Intra-net functionality, security and integrity of ICT Systems- Ensure optimum application performance and effective use through end-user training.

- Technical lead in managing Vodafone Enterprise IT Infrastructure- Managing oversight of multiple servers throughout the complete lifecycle of design, implementation, maintenance, performance improvement, upgrade, and retirement- Overseeing disaster recovery (DR) plans, backup and recovery administration, and security policy settings compliance as per business policy- Ensure documentation of IT systems and processes as per internal audit requirement- Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department. - Responsible for day-to-day operation of Vodafone IT physical servers, VMware ESXi virtual servers and Firewall infrastructure- Manage Vodafone IT SAN Storage infrastructure and provide second level support to other teams server/storage environments.- Built and deploy Microsoft Windows and Linux Based servers for Vodafone as per business application requirements.- Ensure daily backups of organization files and server systems.
