Revenue Team (Software - Navision)• Invoicing / banking / customer service / filing• Revenue GL reconciliations• Peer-checking draft monthly PNL’s, Draft Year Financial Accounts, Draft Annual Reports & Draft FPCL Budget.• Assist with asset verification• Assist teams with data gathering and analysis• Relieve Stock Controller (receive stocks / dispatch stocks / prepare GRN)• Procurement Tasks• Assist with document submission for internal & external audit• Assist Project Accountant as and when required• Assist in Revenue Automation processes• Any other duties assigned by Senior Accountant

Accounting Team (Software – Zero)• Bank Reconciliation• Prepare Profit and Loss Statement• Prepare Balance Sheet• Prepare Fixed Assets Register• Prepare Tax Lodgement for clients• VAT preparation• Register Companies / Companies Search with ROC• Any other duties assigned by the Accounting Team Leader

Inventory Team (Software - BizXe)• Local & Overseas stock ordering• Raise LPO’s and GSRN• Daily stock reconciliation• Assist with weekly sales (raise invoices and dispatch goods)• Check and receive goods from selected suppliers• Assist with imports and exports• Monthly stock-takes, run variance report, verify, and update stocks once finalized• Assist accounts payable with supplier reconciliation and provide all relevant documents for payment processing• Any other duties assigned by the Accountant

Receivable Team (Software – MYOB)• Prepare pay hours for employees• Debt collection / customer service / raise orders • Cost analysis• Bank reconciliation• Any other duties assigned by the General Manager
