•Oversee the daily activities of the recruitment team, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's hiring goals and objectives, including assigning and prioritizing tasks, providing guidance and mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.•Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives which involves analyzing workforce needs, collaborating with hiring managers, and creating sourcing plans to attract suitable candidates, also monitoring industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.•Work closely with the team to identify appropriate sourcing channels and methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.•Oversee the screening and selection process to ensure a thorough evaluation of candidates, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments or technical evaluations, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify the most suitable candidates.•Providing a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely and clear communication, addressing candidate inquiries, and managing expectations.•Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the team's effort including monitoring key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires.•Collaborating with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements, align recruitment strategies, and provide updates on the status of open positions.•Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness which involves identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, implementing new tools or technologies, and recommending process enhancements.
