As the Lead Technical Process Engineer, at American Cyanamid, now Pfizer, was responsible for alternatives development at one of their largest 500-acre operating facility containing 27 lagoons and impoundments over 550 acre plant. Called on to peer review and interact with Pfizer management and consultants to provide guidance for current project team.Have provided expert advice to high profile projects, contaminated sites, tars, incineration, insurance and contract litigation, cost recovery and dispute resolution for highly complex environment projects. Chemical and Pharmaceutical Plant Process experience7 includes several projects including process development of calcination of auto 3-way alumina catalyst resulting in vastly decreased auto catalyst converter cost, advanced agglomeration tech for items such as coffee, food products, non-dusting household products, pesticides and a host of other high temperature (insitu and inprocess) and novel process for products like swimming pool chemicals, polymers and other applications.
