My work involved Conducting experiments on various polymers(testing and analysis of rubber compounds), documenting all findings for reference and compliance purposes. Improving and developing existing rubber formulations to meet industry standard mechanical properties and analyzing the upscaling statistics of rubber formulations, and explored innovative manufacturing techniques for implementation, Collaborated with cross functional teams, including production, quality, and product management, to ensure seamless project execution to see goal oriented final product results. Assuring materials and compounds based on various testing and characterization methods, ensuring compliance with quantity and safety standards. Defining material and process engineering parameters to optimize performance and process efficiency.
