As the lead consultant / ATL Mentor / Senior Officer for Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) initiatives, daily responsibilities involve:- Conducting regular visits to schools hosting ATLs to oversee curriculum implementation and student engagement.Collaborating with school administrators and teachers to ensure effective integration of ATL curriculum into daily activities.- Providing guidance and support to ATL mentors and students in robotics and STEM education projects.Developing and refining curriculum materials and resources for ATLs, focusing on hands-on learning and innovation.- Monitoring progress and evaluating the impact of ATL initiatives on student learning outcomes.- Organizing workshops and trainingsessions for school staff to enhance their capacity in implementing ATL curriculum. - Liaising with government officials, industrypartners, and other stakeholders to support ATL initiatives and secure resources.- Reporting on the progress and achievements of ATLs to relevant authorities and stakeholders.- Providing leadership and direction to the ATL team to ensure the successful implementation of ATL initiatives across schools.
