As an Area Manager I am responsible for Retail Sales , Operations and Customer Experience delivery across Retail Vertical . This role involves Chalking out the local market Strategy in line with Central priorities and ensuring Brilliance in execution Managing Operations for Retail Stores comprising of 17 Exclusive Vodafone Franchise Store .Foot Print Expansion to strengthen Retail reach is an integral part of role .Driving Balanced Product play from these stores thereby delivering healthy revenue growth & meeting profitability target .This role is extremely focused on Customer Experience and to a large extent Sale/ Conversions is a fall out of unmatched Customer Experience - Matrix followed to assess Customer Experience effectiveness is TNPS (Touch Point Net Promoter score) Therefore with an equal focus on service and sales, this leadership role is imperative to constantly align larger teams towards Key business priorities by driving behavior change .
