Managing the P2P function and is responsible for the development and deployment of the P2P strategy.Governance and adherence to standard processes for the Purchase to Pay functions which includes processing invoices, indexing, payments, vendor master creation and maintenance, answering supplier queries, resolving internal stakeholders’ queries etc. with a high degree of efficiency and quality.Develop SOP and new technologies and automation for error free and to improve efficiency.Ensure adherence to internal guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape.Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. Analysis of financial statements, Reconciliations and Payables Operation Management.Understanding & coordinating with end users’ and internal client’s needs / enhancements, customization, providing solutions in adherence to delivery schedules.Meeting deadlines and TAT without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA.Ensure compliance to statutory regulations, Tax requirements and IFRS/IND AS.Maintain positive work relationships with members of other teams in and outside the FSSC to whom information is provided or from whom information is gathered.Excellent skill to develop a motivated team and enable to achieve task/activities.Specialist in transition, and change management.Excellent understanding of business budget and forecasting.
