Salary preparation & Salary Statement forwarding to Finance DeptPayroll Processing- handling complete Payroll Processing. Salary preparation & Salary Statement forwarding to Finance Dept8. Statutory Compliance & Legal Matters: Ensure all Statutory Compliance like PF, PT, Labour Welfare found, Holiday List, Gratuity, Monthly returns, Half yearly returns & Annual returns, PF Claiming with draw are duly submitted to the Dept9.Employee’s Engagement & Welfare: 10.Rewards & Recognition of employees.11. HR MIS12. Management of Outsourced Employees13.Medical Insurance: Ensure the group Mediclaim insurance and personal accident insurance.14.
