I started my journey in 2001 from BSES and transitioned to Reliance Energy in 2003 and then to Adani Electricity in 2018. Finally taken VRS from the company and started my own venture in Solar Energy ASHONE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD.I worked in various capacities with rich field experience and strategic planning. Customer acquisition to release of power to customer. Construction of substation to liasoning with government and semi government organizations.I am on a mission to help organizations in their journey of becoming Net Zero and sustainable business growth. Through my venture, we help communities and companies to save on their electricity bills and improve upon their profit margins.With vast experience of electricity distribution sector, we can leverage this knowledge to help clients in IE Act 2003 compliance and advice them in various electricity related matters.As an ISO 50001 LEAD Auditor, I have carried out various internal audits of various departments in Adani Electricity. With this experience, we can consult our clients in their energy conservation portfolio.Being an Energy Manager from BEE, it always helps in advising our client to run energy conservation program in their organization and make it a culture.Being a lead AWMS (Adani Workplace Management system) assessor and trainer, we add value to our clients' services by guiding them to make their workplace efficient, and safe.I am enjoying my entrepreneur journey in making our world more livable and helping our country in achieving sustainable goals.
