Designation– Mechanical Engineer RESPONSIBILITY: As a Mechanical Engineer my role is to provide-• Day to day maintenance activities• Preventive maintenance of pump, blowers, fin fan and air compressor.• Pm jobs of instrument air compressor.(Kaiser, Atlas Copco, Broom wade)• Corrective maintenance for the both static and rotating equipment like reciprocating pump, reciprocating compressor , centrifugal pumps, Fin-Fan Coolers, strainer job, valve replacement R/O cartridge filters and BOH repair• Troubleshooting, Overhauling and repair of pump, compressor and blowers.• Load test of EOT crane.• Assemble and disassemble of mechanical seal. Like Flowserve, john crane, eagle burgman.etc...• Familiar with rigging, lifting and manual handling activity.• Day to day observation for the turbines and compressor parameters like, vibration of shaft and bearing, temperature of the bearing, suction and discharge pressure.• Day to day observation for the reciprocating compressor like (lube oil level, total throw temperature, suction and discharge bottle temperature, vibration for the inboard and outboard bearing from the panel board. lube oil level for the crank case.• Pm jobs for the filters and strainers.

• Column cutting and new dome installation on existing column.• Existing trays removal and new trays installation.• Platforms modification of column.• Static maintenance of Heat exchanger with it's all type shell tube (u tube heat exchanger, fixed Heat exchanger, floating heat exchanger, plate exchanger)• Heat exchanger of dome opening, pre inspection, hydro jetting, inspection, hydro test and final box up.• Vessel manhole opening and shell & demister cleaning then inspection, ts after box up. • Column blinding, random packing, try changing work to be procedure.• Column inside hot work for mesentery and safety. • Alignment of pump & motor with rim & face, reverse & Laser. • Ensure that reports or deficiency lists (punch list) on any defects are prepared.• Verify system installation and acceptability for initial operation.• Coordinate equipment and system acceptance and handover and ensure the documentation for area or system / sub-system is completed, comprehensive and correctly entered the completions database.• Assist client in performance testing and start-up work activities.

Generate Punch items list and closing the same as per target date.• Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment.• Handling Hot Oil System, H2S Mixed gas, Crude, Ethylene, Propylene, Nitrogen, Fuel Gas, Plant Air Utilities Etc. in different Trains.
