 Responsible for identification of infrastructure for Project execution as required by the project. Responsible for timely assessments & certification of all NON-PMKVY projects PAN India Responsible for Invoicing and collections from client, state and central government. Liaoning with the government departments and finding new business. Ensure impartation of quality training within stipulated time period in all centers. Closely work with state Project team to ensuring all targets are met as per AoP. Ensure all reports are as per Government guidelines thereby assisting in making Utilization Data Analyzing and standardizing and Data Mining. Maintaining reports in Excel & relevant software that allows the company to get information on daily business activities. Generate, maintain, analyze & present daily/ weekly/ monthly Sales performance based on specific indicators. Preparation of monthly Performance Status Reports to Senior Management. Design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner. Easy to do access of H lookup, V lookup, Pivot Table etc. Produce and support existing reports and processes. Review history of current reporting used to analyze for consistency and accuracy of sales performance. Monitor implementation of CMIS processes and evaluate their effectiveness.  Standardize similar reports across various states.  Team leading skills and monitoring over around 50+ Field/Sales officer and 10 MIS executives. Performance & review of Field Officer monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis and generate reports as required by the management. Maintaining and working on MoUs, C&FA/Stockiest agreements and Minutes of Meetings etc. Undertake Trend Analysis of sales data on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Prepare variance reports such as Forecast vs. Actual sales. Personalize new CMIS requirements from Operations perspective and as required for accurate business information.
