CurrentConstruction of STR Bridge Workshop for Western Railway (Bullet Train Project) under the client Western Railway / NHSRCL and Project Management Consultant RITES at Sabarmati, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, ensuring the timely completion of project adhering to EHS and Quality execution in coordination with Client Western Railway / NHSRCL and Project Management Consultancy RITES in respect of timely approval and clearance and Head Office Pune and Corporate Office Delhi for speedy resource management. The Project Consists of Construction of STR Bridge workshop, Administrative Buildings, 5 km Rail Track work, Roads and Pavements, Infrastructural Development works, Services, Machines like CNC Beam Cutting, Radial Beam Drilling, Plate Straightening, Plasma Cutting, Hydraulic Press, EOT Crane etc. along with foundations, Transfer Trolley along with Rail Track, Metalizing / Shot Blasting shed, Rain water Harvesting, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Overhead and Underground Tank, Compound wall with Gates, Outer / Inner Goliath etc. Apart from Project Execution, Scope of responsibility includes the Project Planning, Project Budgeting, Resource Planning and Mobilization, Quality Assurance, Reconciliation of Materials and Manpower, Correspondences with clients / Consultants, Extension of time, Escalation, Extra and Deviated Item with Analysis etc. as per condition of contract apart from record of completion and defect liability period expiration. Ensured release of fund held under different heads like Security deposits, Retention money deducted from RA Bill etc. after completion of project.
