Shipping of goods carries mandatory documents that needs to be ensured each time. Efficient cost working, Vendor management, Timely delivery of goods are professional skills deployed/learned each day.

Project requirement at construction site is found for which product requirement is sorted out. The Design Engineering dept. finalizes the Purchase indent through which Purchase order is released against the indent. The ordering process involves finalizing the Price negotiation, Price comparison, Price approval, Payment terms and Bank guarantees. Product is ordered where dispatch is directed towards construction site. The dispatch document details have to be ensured. Collection of C-Form against E1 forms are routine work.
