Led all procurement activities for TCSP (Technology Center Systems Program) of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Government of India. It is a USD 400 million project having a component of USD 200 million funded by IBRD. The program involved procurement of Consulting firms such as Construction Management Consultant, Technology partners; construction works of new TCs and a large number of Machines and Equipment for existing and new TCs following World Bank procurement guidelines. EY LLP is the Project Management Unit for the Program.
