As a product development expert, you can do two things. • Build a product from scratch • Modify an existing product for enhanced performanceBoth the scenarios need your intervention, in terms of research, analysis, market trends, feedback, and of course, trial and error. So, I try to come up with a blueprint, which not only acts as a layout for product development but helps me assemble ideas. If you really think about it, a product – any product - is a union of different kinds of ideas. I apply this thought process when working with a team. A bunch of individuals can bring in different types of ideas and each individual idea can be treated as an ingredient to create the perfect recipe. This briefly translates into teamwork and effort. No one person built a product by himself/herself. An extra set of hands are always needed. I help clients develop and produce products that not only define the image of their business but help them establish a strong presence in the market.When I’m not brainstorming and innovating new products, I’m listening to music, spending time with interesting people, and keeping up with new developments in the industry.
