Reporting to GM, Handling Day to day Maintenance and Operations of Engineering Plant and Machinery. Handling the renovations and upcoming changes in the 19 year old Beach Resort Property.Cost Controlling , Adhering PM Schedules and Services. Training associates on various operations & staff recruiting. Managing the Organic Farm with 6 farmers and 1 Agricultural Consultant. Managing the 36 Acres Landscape with a third party gardening team. Managing Safety & Security systems, Hydrants, Smoke detectors etc. Managing Decorations and AV requirements on Events and parties.

Responsible for the Project MEP Implementation works & Maintenance Activities of the Estate, Fire life safety, Visitor management, vendor management, Snagging and take over the operations including 65 Villas with individual pools. 6 no's High-rise apartments 12 storied with 25 flats in each building with a 8000 Sq.ft Pent house on top floor. Supporting Project team for the engineering activities in phase 2 & 3.. such as Commercial complex, Club House, Hotel etc.

Responsible for the Project works like MEP, HVAC, Engineering Plant & Machinery, Setting up the Public Areas of the 104 Keys Hotel within the deadlines of Target for M/s. Hycinth by Sparsa branded 5 star hotel at Trivandrum / Kerala / India.

Joined Sarovar Group of Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd during May 2010 as Chief Engineer and Posted at Alleppey/ Kerala to Handle the 5 Star Back Water Resort Project of M/s.Vasundhara Sarovar Premiere. Reported to the Vice President Engineering and Executive Director of Sarovar Group of Hotels / Owners. Co-ordinated with Architechts, Consultants, Project Management Team / Contractors to Implement the Interior Desings Engineering Sevices of the Resort. Co-ordinated with Plumbing Consultant for Erection, Installation & commissioning of Plant and Machinery. Co-ordinated with PMC to team for the MockUp rooms set up and follow the approved design / model to the similar categories with deadlines for the completion of Rooms and Public areas. Co-ordinated with Consultants for the changes in the design / drawings and followups with PMC team to get the task completition. Responsible for the safety and security systems Installation and commissioning of the property. Reported to GM , Update the Project work status and follow up for the Material Procurements. Co- Ordinated with Other HOD's to set the Individual Departmental Requirements for an Ease Operation and focused for the First Phase of Operation. Responsible for the Government Liasion works related to Electrical , Fire , PCB and Elevators etc..With all the Set Engineering Services with required Operating Licences, Taken over the Engineering Services and Set the Engineering Team for Operation & Maintenance.The First Phase of the Property Softly Opened during November 2011 with 25 Guest rooms and the Property was commercially Launched for Public during April 2012 with 37 Guest Rooms operational with one multi cusine restaurant, gym, Sw/pool , pool side coffee shop, Landscape , private lake with floating cottages, Transplanted Heritage Houses water sports and Hose Boat with 2 bedrooms. etc.The second phase of work with 22 Guest rooms, SPA, Speciality RestaurantActivity area got completed by October 2012.

Pre Opening - Engineering Machines Snagging and Following up for rectifications by the Vendor and Take over for operations & maintenance.

Was reporting to Chief Engineer, Monitoring daily engineering activities such Preparing budget and HLP Reports, Making PM schedules implementing the same with Guest rooms and Plant and Machinery, Attending & Analyzing Guest Complaints. Training the associates on Engineering Operation. Handling HVAC , DG & Laundry machines.

Reporting to Assistant Engineer, Designated as Shift In-charge, Where handling Guest complaints, PM Works, HVAC Operation. Managing Banquet AV systems. Kitchen Maintenance. Pool Maintenance. Head end TV systems. Monitoring daily Operations. Maintenance of SPA Equipment's.

Reported to Assistant Engineer & CE, Handling Guest complaints, Heading PM works, Preparing HLP Report and Maintaining Log Books and Stocks. Handling Banquet AV Systems.

Learned the Engineering Operations to Operate & Service Hot water Boilers, To Operate and Service Generators, To Operate and Service HVAC Units, To Operate and Service Kitchen Exhausts. To Handle Guest room Complaints and Record the same, Preparing PM schedules and Implementing the Same/Achieving 100% target. Learned about Operation & Maintenance of Swimming pool , STP , WTP.
