Salesforce Lightning Implementation ( Jan 2016–Present) :Worked as Salesforce technical lead to implement Salesforce lightning at Acelity. Designed and developed multiple solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, process builder, batch classes, test classes and integrations. key accomplishments are as below:* Real time integrations with salesforce: Seamlessly accessed data from external sources (Oracle DB, Big data) into our Salesforce environment, without making a copy of the data in Salesforce. It was achieved by using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware and hence ensuring no duplication of data or sync delays. Designed and developed REST/SOAP APIs and Lightning components.* Lightning Interactive and real-time charts and dashboards on external data: Designed and developed the salesforce Lightning interactive and real-time charts and dashboards which works seamlessly across multiple devices (tablets, smartphones) displaying Quota and Revenue information from Oracle DB tables. Data from Oracle DB tables is being exposed as REST API and consumed in the SFDC Lightning component.* Lightning Component to track the placed order: Designed and developed Lightning component and REST APIs to display Order Status in SFDC using salesforce lightning components which retrieves real time data from Oracle DB and UPS using REST API and works seamlessly across multiple devices (tablets, smartphones).Salesforce ServiceMax Implementation (2013–2015): * Worked as Salesforce technical lead to implement ServiceMax at Acelity. ServiceMax is a leading cloud field service software application providing customers a flawless field service fully integrated with their salesforce.com CRM.* Designed and developed around 65 Inbound and Outbound data loads, data synchronization tasks and mapplets between legacy application and ServiceMax using Informatica Cloud and Apex Data Loader.
