Responsibilities:•Job execution as per JSA of Safety Officer.•Problem solving, coordinate fabrication & and erection.•Align fabrication activities as per front-of-site erection.•Day to day co-ordination and field administration.•Supports RCM in project controls, safety & and quality.•Inspection of materials received at the site and maintain data sheet.•Ensure only approved materials are issued to the contractor•Resolve day-to-day issues faced on technical matters.•Ensure the approved method statement, JSA & and work permit are followed by the contractor.•Ensure the latest revision of the IFC drawing is used.•Highlight the field problems,non-conformity, deviations etc.•Witness tests related to piping work, supervision, and surveillance of quality aspect work.•Witness tests related to civil work, supervision, and surveillance of quality.•Check the completed job.•Monitoring of quality activities at the site.•Monitoring and approval of all quality controldocuments maintained by Contractors.•Ensure calibration of test instruments done at the site.•Coordinating all disciplines with clients & and contractors for smooth execution.•System Loop files checking.•System Testing, Commissioning•Communicate & and report daily progress with Planning.•Participating in Dynamic Risk assessment during the execution of the work. •Review & and comment on the Contractors Method statement.
