Introduced the culture of rain water harvesting and water treatment at the 4 plants• Secured 90% on compliance and 99% on management and policies developed from a reputed buyer having over 3000 stores worldwide• Felicitated with appreciation letters and special awards for excellence in management & performance• Handled over 2000 workers in the tea plantations of M/s Duncan Agro Industries in Assam & Bengal• Handled over 500 workers & banking activities with Gitanjali Leathers Pvt. Ltd• Am currently assisted by a team of 20 compliance staff incl.
