With over 12 years of work experience in the Finance and ATM sectors, I am currently the State Head at AGS Transact Technologies Ltd, a leading provider of end-to-end payment solutions. In this role, I manage the entire state for various bank ATM operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. I have strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills, which enable me to handle complex challenges and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. Prior to joining AGS Transact, I worked as an Operation Executive at Axis Bank, where I handled credit card operations, and as a Manager (Audit&Assurance) at SMA e Experts Pvt Ltd, where I conducted and supervised various types of audits for different clients. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, as well as an IT&Soft Skill certificate from Odisha Computer Application Centre.
