My primary objective as an Head - IT is to lead the IT personnel in the analysis, design, and implementation of systems and networks while ensuring that all IT infrastructures meet all requirements and the highest quality standards. I aim to do this by delegating tasks appropriately among competent team members while providing necessary guidance, motivation, and necessary corrections. Aside from this, collaboration with other teams and link-building are also among my priorities. My years of experience as Infrastructure Manager gave me a solid background in how to manage teams and business units so as to maximize outputs and meet company goals.
