Project: - Ericsson (Airtel), Hyderabad.Job Profile:-3G New Site Drive & Optimization.Drive tests & Optimization of GSM Air interface for New Site, Site swapping, Site Migrations, Benchmarking and for any up gradations using TEMS Drive Test Software.Site Optimization and it's throughout performance testing and improvement of its KPI.Frequency planning including full SFH parameters (MA list, MAIO, HSN, etc.) CGI, LAC, Neighbors for cell of new sites so as to make optimum use of frequency and avoid interference using TEMS Investigation 10.0.3 and M-COM.Analysis and Post processing of RF drive test log Files on tools like TEMS, MapInfo, MCOM etc. to determine Network problems like Poor Coverage Patches, Interference, call drops, hand over Issues.Post processing of Log files and analysis of drive test data on regular basis to identify QOS affecting issues and identification of optimization steps.Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPI's) e.g., Drop Statistics, Hand over statistics and their reasons on day-to-day basis and resolving the problems by taking necessary actions on it.Feedback to the VoC (Voice of Customer) complaints related to the network coverage and Quality.Planning coverage and capacity sites according to TA.Responsible for Identification of BSS hardware problems from statistics.Optimization of network KPI's parameter like SD Drop; Random access success rate, HOSR, TCH Assignment etc.Responsible for coverage optimization -Level and quality optimization to ensure satisfaction of customer.Optimization of the network by changing Cell Parameters, Orientation & tilting of GSM Antennas for optimum coverage.Planning of Frequency, Neighbors, MAL, MAIO, HSN, and BSIC of existing and new sites.
