Additionally, I’ve explored industries like ophthalmic lenses with Corning and garment exports in organisations like Kilol and Karika India Pvt Ltd, driving growth in highly competitive markets.I also spent a significant part of my career as an independent trainer and coach, enhancing the performance of sales teams and working as a trainer and content developer with Turning Point Training and Assessment Systems Pvt Ltd. Adapted to evolving trends in Learning and Development by designing and implementing interactive multimedia training modules and a Learning Management System (LMS) for a leading U.S.-based healthcare provider. These modules were developed to deliver comprehensive compliance training across all levels of healthcare professionals.
