The aim of OncoBioresource Solution is to procurement and distribution Biosamples such as blood, urine, cells, tissue, serum, plasma, and other human products to the pharma company, the biotech industry, and other research centers for the development of drugs, diagnostic products, and other clinical trials. OBS is an India-based Contract Research Organization (CRO). It is a service organization that offers outsourced research services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology industries, Medical industry, and research studies (for both developments of drugs and medical devices). CROs vary in size from large, multinational full-service firms to small, niche specialty firms, and they can provide their clients with the experience of bringing a new drug or product from idea to FDA marketing approval without the need for the drug sponsor to retain a workforce for these services. It aids drug companies in their quest to find and authorize future medicines by shouldering some of the clinical stage's burdens. Data analysis, project management, evaluations, post-approval studies, pre-clinical and clinical trials, diagnostic markers are only a few important activities covered. Manufacturers will benefit from the increased experience as well as cost and time savings as a result of this partnership, which is based on confidence and competence. These advantages come at the expense of responsibilities like intensive communication management, confidentiality issues, and regulatory concerns. I teach undergraduate and graduate medical laboratory technology students, mentoring the students, handling of biochemistry and hematology labs.

I worked as an assistant professor in the School of Life & Allied Health Sciences at Glocal University, Saharanpur. I taught subject like Clinical Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Hematology and transfusion medicines of undergraduate students in the department of medical laboratory technology. I also handled the departmental laboratory as well as mentoring the students. I am very thankful to Glocal University for giving such a wonderful opportunity to share my experience and knowledge
