Developing Bid Directive Tool. This project is to provide all bid relevant information to the concern authority and persons to automate the bid process. The Bid Directive is an Bid Management tool and It is used during the tendering / bidding. It contains general overview of responsibilities according to RFx content, key messages, cuer pains, Win Plan, etc and captures all tender related milestones in Bid Schedule sheet.
