Project Head -Integrated Steel Plant near Jhansi comprising of Iron Ore(Magnetite) Beneficiation Plant 26 LTPA, Pellet Plant 10 LTPA and Sponge Iron Plant 10 LTPA , 45 MW Power Plant and Township & Infrastructure.Ex G.M With over 35 years of work experience in the Aluminium industry, I am a seasoned and versatile general manager at Hindalco Industries Limited, one of the world's largest Aluminium producers. My core competencies include civil engineering design, civil execution, and red mud management and Township Infrastructure, which are essential for the efficient and sustainable operation of Metal Business.Successfully completed 21 km long (to&fro) Aerial Ropeway at Lohardaga for bauxite handling.I have been honored as a recipient of the Performance Recognition in Delivering Excellence (PRIDE) award four times within the Aditya Birla Group for outstanding achievements.I also nominated for PRIDE as successful commissioning of Aerial Ropeway project.As the general manager, I am responsible for overseeing the Township Infrastructure projects, Design and Execution of Industrial structure and Foundations, red mud management and improvement projects in the alumina refinery, which involves designing, implementing, and monitoring various solutions to reduce the environmental impact and operational costs of red mud disposal. I also work closely with the design engineers to provide technical guidance and feedback on the civil engineering aspects of the plant infrastructure and equipment. Some of the skills that I apply in my role are civil engineering, civil engineering design, and civil execution.
