 Support and maintenance of applications as bilingual L2 support engineer using ITIL frame-work (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)  To communicate clearly and appropriately primarily with non-technical end users in Japa-nese and offshore technical subject matter experts including executive and management level business partners and other service providers. Performing end-to-end incident management and timely User Service/ Infrastructure resto-ration and technical troubleshooting.  Escalating and working together with L3 support engineers and other service provid-ers/vendors involved within complex IT systems environment ensuring that SLAs are not missed.  Performing incident trend analysis and working closely with L3 support engineers in proac-tively identifying and proposing a solution or change to permanently resolve the problem. Reviewing and approving the change as Change Manager. Communicate the business im-pact of the change, application affected and relevant details and provide change notifica-tions (planned/unplanned) to Application/Business owners. Perform post implementation re-view and create reports for successful/unsuccessful change and document the lesson learned. Translation of Technical documents (J-E-J) and important business communication emails for managers.
