Has more than twenty one years of experience in the fields of Roads & Highway and Structural Projects of World Bank funded, ADB and Other Projects in India covering construction supervision / Quality Control of earthwork, bituminous work in pavement and concrete work in structures like roads, bridges & culverts and ROB works.Expertise in scheduling and executing construction of numerous Roads, Bridges and Cross Drainage Works related to Infrastructure Projects involving planning, budgeting & resource administration, with flair for adopting modern methodologies in compliance with the quality standards. Surveying & Analyzing the different road surveys such as Pavement Condition, Road Inventory, Axle Load, Traffic Volume Count, Origin-Destination, Roughness, Benkelman Beam Deflection Test of different National Highways, State Highways, Major District Roads & Rural Access Roads in India. Conducted Socio-economic baseline survey and processed the same to assess the Compensation/ Assistance package for the Project Affected Persons (PAPs) in different project roads in India.Assisting in ISO 9001-2015 Certification and documentation guided by Jacobs quality control and procedures. Also attended ISO certification external Audit.As CAD Draftsman responsible for preparation of detail in Roads & Highways and Structural drawings and Construction drawings of Pile, Pile cap, various types of Pier/Column, pier cap, strip plan, digitized topographical survey drawing with downloading survey data from TOTAL STATION machine, preparation of plan & profile drawings, typical cross section drawing, way side amenities & underground utilities drawing, Preparation of Google Earth map & Land Acquisition Plan. Preparation of Inspection report & Bill of Quantities for painting for Cross Girder, Longitudinal Girder, Pylon, Deck Slab & Well of Vidyasagar setu, Kolkata, West Bengal.
