Using this, I drove tangible outcomes such as driving up utilization, eliminating non-value adding bench and transforming the people supply chain. The combined effect of all levers was a reduction in cost of delivery, indirect costs and the consequent improvements in margins.I also led an enterprise-wide initiative that sought to put in a sustainable framework for re-skilling our workforce so that they are correctly equipped to add value in a digitally disrupted global scenario. The initiative covered 20,000+ employees and instilled a continuous learning mindset, role-based validation and certification of skills. In addition, the framework put in place a transparent performance management and career progression framework. The success of the program lies in the shift from "push from the organization" to "pull from the employees".

Heading Sales and Presales for the Commerical and Healthcare group within Satyam Computer Services which includes verticals such as Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Public Services, Retail, Travel & Transporation and the Americas (Canada & LatAm) with collective revenues of about 1 Billion US$. Was responsible for winning large and strategic deals and led the institutionalization of the sales process.
