We began replatforming in July 2022, dividing the work into four releases. The first release focused on building four major applications, which were delivered on schedule. We then developed the Events Hub portal for IDP clients to book events. Following the Event Creation feature's release, one Cvent instance was decommissioned in production. The final delivery included the Package Creation feature, allowing us to decommission another Cvent instance in production.Finally, we saved significant amount of registration cost, renewal cost and license cost (Cvent Event Instance).
