He is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Multi Nano Sense Technologies, a pioneering core gas sensors design, manufacturing and full service start-up in India. Multi Nano Sense recently won the Technology Start Up 2021 Award and, Enabling Tech Finalist at Extreme Tech Challenge 2021.He is a highly experienced Metallurgical Engineer and scientist with more than 25 years’ experience in innovation having successfully taken an indigenously invented technology (Indian Patent 252998), a Solid-State Electrochemical Sensor with Solid Electrolyte and Novel Reference Electrode from TRL1 to TRL9. The technology has world leading functionality in Hydrogen sensing and analysis.His technology has served marquee organizations in Nuclear Research, Space Exploration, IITs and other leading Research Institutions, Power, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Hydrogen Automobiles, Lithium-Ion Batteries, Railways, Fertilizers, Pharmaceuticals and Steel Industry, among others.He has a long history of Industry Academia collaboration spanning across University of Cambridge, Nagpur University, Amravati University, IIITD&M Chennai and most recently IIT Bombay for cutting edge development of CMOS MEMS Omni-Gas Sensors.He is an ardent sports enthusiast, and has represented his state teams in cricket as well as basketball, in his early days.
