Responsibilities : DCS system Hardware engineering design. Create I/O Termination Database. System Architecture and Software engineering design. System software Installation. Logic developing as per control narrative. Graphics developing as per P&ID. FAT activities that includes hardware and software. SAT activities that includes hardware and software. Triconex and Third Party systems integrating with DCS system. DCS & ESD I/O injection. System setup, Loop checks. Handled FF and HART I/O Configuration (Instruments). Third party system interface Configuration. Involved in site Erection and Commissioning support. Involved in Plant start up support.

Responsibilities:• Read design document of the customer like P&ID and Control Philosophy• Prepare I/O List.• Install Main Panels, Field devices .• Wincon controller is using IsaGRAF 3.4 software and Lookout 5.1 SCADA software - National Instrument Configuration, graphic builder creation, software installation and trouble shooting.• System setup, Loop checks.• Conduct FATs with the customer.• Involved in site erection and commissioning.• SAT activities that includes hardware and software.
