AMZL EU Central Operations provides support for daily planning & execution functions that impact Deliver Stations across the EU AMZL network. CO use & continually develop standardized SOPs to leverage best practice learnings across WW standards teams in order to drive customer experience improvements & favorability to cost vs OP plans.Roles & Responsibilities• Focus on last-mile routing, playing a key role in our delivery stations operations (Sequencing, routing, assigning DSP)• Working across EU stations, following SOP for different countries & allocating routes to tens of thousands of packages.• Supporting daily forecasts, labour scheduling and routing, through monitoring & reporting to specific teams.• Allocating routes for EU stations & responsible for 4 stations on an average 250k packages, 1400 DA’s daily.• Use of automated tools & coordination within the station & accountable for cost, customer experience & delivery partner experience. Ashwa racing was started by a group of engineering students in the year 2003 including myself to design & build Formula one type race car from scratch according to the FSAE rule book and participate in the international competition organised by Society of Automotive Engineers. Debuted in the year 2005, Melbourne, Australia, since then Ashwa racing builds cars every year and participating in Australia, U.S.A, Germany and Italy.• Fabrication of chassis, suspension, brakes, drive train, FRP components, technical support, assembly, final fit & finish.• Headed the team for design, development, build, testing, modification, validation, events co-ordination, presentations & Race car driver.
