CurrentI Lead the Talent Acquisition team for Motorola India region.In the month of May 2022 conducted a recruitment drive in a span of 2 weeks resulting in offering 14 resources.Working closely with the hiring managers to discuss talent acquisition strategies based on the roles to hire and ensuring the same is executed with speed and quality.Discussing the hiring bottlenecks with the top management to agree upon different strategies to be used to resolve the same.Providing talent insights and talent landscape to the hiring managers.Driving the talent acquisition team to achieve the results by following a tested streamline process.Managing critical roles to hire and a one point of contact for issue/escalation resolution.Getting the support of vendors as and when required keeping in mind the commercials in view of the overall cost of hiring and the impact it will have on the overall budget.IT Skill set: Android, Iphone, SIP, Automation, Python, Salesforce, Machine Learning, Multimedia, Codec, Devops, Azure, Cloud computing, AWSKey roles onboarded: Product Manager, Architect, Senior Manager, Director, IT Director, Senior Marketing Manager
