 Adhere to the company’s GMP guidelines. Review of Previous days Production & quality status Check for hourly Output and Quality of the Output Check the availability of Raw Materials  Plan for Change over’s Conduct daily (MIS) production meeting along with other members and analyse the gap and reasons for variance and the plan Skill identification and training Shift Schedule and leave planning Housekeeping audits and action plan Weekly & Monthly reviews and actions Analyse the down time and scrap and initiate action on daily basis Identify improvement project & drive to solve the issues Daily reports, check for log books and gap analysis Manpower review - targets, skills, absenteeism etc Analysis and actions on internal and external customer complaints Check the output produced in the shift is cleared by QC if any issue arrange for sorting Document and dispose of the Non-Conforming products end of each shift Keep track of the New Job/product Developments and plan the same in the planning according the customer commitment dates. Implement cost saving initiatives to reduce cost of raw material. To attend the daily planning meeting and to communicate accordingly to the marketing on the customer deliveries delays if any. To plan the new trials and to track and monitor the new trials as per the customer requirement accordingly. Ensure that customer deliveries are met in full and no shortages. Coordinate with Maintenance department and incorporate the preventive maintenance schedules in planning. Implementation of HMP in Production Attend in Preventive maintenance and Breakdowns and analyse and make report of breakdowns Breakdown and production detail updating in SAP.  Take caring of Spare requisition of m/c. Power reduction in plant. Take care of new ideas or kaizen for increasing production and decrees the scrap.
