- Engineering calculations for vessels, heat exchangers by using softwares (Compress, Code Calc)- Prepared Mechanical Datasheet, Material Requisition for quotation and purchase.- Reviewed quotes from vendors.- Prepared technical bid summary based on vendor’s quote and bid.- Developed Technical bid evaluation and proposed technically accepted vendors.- Reviewed, commented and approved vendor drawings and data.- Maintained Project and QC documentation as required by Project specification.

- Responsible for coordinating site engineering, subcontractor activities and other activities.- Provides technical support to the technical service manager and construction manager.- Support the construction manager in the planning, scheduling and coordination of the job.- Responsible for code compliance, customer specs. Compliance for piping systems.- Co-ordination with pipe fabrication shop and installation sub-contractors.- Prepared RFI for piping technical query.- Resolve technical issues with engineering department and customer office.- Responsible for piping installation, modules/vessels/mechanical equipment installation procedures

-Managing pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Stacks, Wheel assemblies Projects-Responsible for Estimation of Projects-Responsible for Purchasing of parts and sub assemblies-Coordination with Fab shop and assist welders/fitters/shop foreman-Liaising with clients and Inspectors
