Aircraft Interior System integration Creating Electrical System Schematic Drawing (ESSD) for different Aircraft Systems. Electrical Interface Drawing - 2D Wiring Diagram Creation using Mentor Graphics (Capital Logic) Electrical Harness Design - Harness report and Stick Diagram Creation. Definition of Production disconnects & Backshell P/N’s, definition of electrical harness segregation codes as per aerospace standards. Definition of Ground terminals location & P/N’s. Definition of production disconnects P/N’s, Wire segregation codes and selection of type of cables to be used, pin assignments, Ground terminal P/N’s.Electrical Harness Installation As a member of Global 7000 EWIS 3D DMU design Team: Involved in Creation of 3D Electrical Harness Routing and detailed design using Catia V5 and Enovia VPM for the Cabinets & Interface harnesses interacting with Structural suppliers and Integrators. Involved in modelling of Electrical 3D standard parts in Catia V5. Involved in the Cabinet harness and Electrical Installation drawing creation, revision and update for Global 7500.Documents Releasing progress Creation for Engineering Data Release Notice (EDRN) to release Documents in Datalink (BDI). Involved in creating NIEOs.  Involved in record and release all deviation documents in ERD for Harness certification.Change Management Incorporation of Change management (RFC, PCR and RFQ). Involved in creation of 3D concepts to address and provide solutions to manufacturing or installation issues via RFC or PCR. Have good exposure to Harness Installation at Final Assembly Line (FAL) and provided EWIS Engineering support to Non conformities, queries and documentation for Global 7500 at Montreal. Interaction with other system suppliers like Primary Avionics, Fly by Wire (FBW), hydraulics and Water & Waste systems Interaction with EMC & RMNS departments to define the harness segregation codes to ensure safety of the flight.

 Pre/Post installation checks on Aircraft. Design of Electrical Equipment Model & Electrical Harness Assembly Catia V5. Generate Electrical schematic drawing and Mechanical bracket and assembly drawing (Auto CAD & VeSys 2.0). Generate Modification Leaflet, Ground Test Schedule, Flight Test Schedule, etc. for obtaining RCMA/CEMILAC clearances. Fabrication of Cable Harness and installation on on-board Aircraft. Continuity, Megger and Power checks on on-board Aircraft. System functional checks on on-board Aircraft. Periodical Calibration/Bench Check of Avionics Systems and Calibration of Aircraft Ground Equipment
