• Review documents in Due Diligence binder for compliance with investor requirements• Work with members of Feasibility Team to obtain all necessary documentation, clarifications and information from developers in order to obtain Final Underwriting Approval to proceed with investment closings• Review all requests for subsequent releases of equity, including construction draws, and any releases of equity tied to construction completion and stabilized operations, to insure all required benchmarks are met and any due diligence deferred from closing is complete

• Physically inspect developments and individual housing units at 75 Low Income Housing Tax Credit prosperities, including 42 developments on Indian Reservations, to insure compliance with IRS Section 42 regulations• Review 20% of all tenant files at the 42 properties on Indian Reservations to insure compliance with IRS Section 42 regulations• Review quarterly and annual financial statements for portfolio of the 75 properties to insure the maintenance of required accounts and positive cash flow• Monitor the leasing of units in the 75 properties for purposes of income, IRS Section 42 compliance, and state and local land use restriction agreements• Update information about the 75 properties daily in database• Regular contact with property managers to help resolve compliance issues
